Dr. Timothy Homan
Low Dimensional Academic Services is the product of former university mathematics instructor Timothy Homan. Dr. Homan graduated in 2019 with a Ph.D. in Mathematics from The University of Alabama. He has spent over ten years in academia doing everything from tutoring to grading to teaching Cal III to a classroom full of 150 students. He is now using his expertise and inside knowledge to help students grasp math and related subjects and, above all, to excel in their academic endeavors as they have never before.
Math is unfortunately often presented as a difficult or boring subject that most people are “just not good at.” Dr. Homan has spent his entire career helping students move past this roadblock and learn to realize their own mathematical potential.
He does this by creating free learning materials for students to use to enhance their experience. He also provides one-on-one tutoring online for students around the country one-one-one tutoring in-person for people in the greater Athens-Madison-Huntsville Alabama Area.
